Create your own custom designed insert medal.  Medal measures 2.75" in diameter and includes a 2" insert.  Choose from stock art and add text to it at no additional cost, or create your own design using your logo or artwork for a $50 artwork set up charge.  

Pricing includes insert, choice of medal color (gold, silver, or bronze), and a 30" neck ribbon in your choice of color.

View stock designs here: www.tfcolor.com and indicate number in the order notes section located in the checkout area or submit your logo via our file upload system.

We now also have an option to add a name plate on the back of the medal with your custom text (up to 60 characters).  There is a $1.00 per medal charge for this service.  All medals must have the same text.  Please specify text in the orders notes section of the shopping cart.

We will email you a proof prior to production for your approval.
