CREDIT CARD SAFETY

We use a third party processing service to ensure your credit card transaction is secure. The secure server software encrypts your card information prior to sending the information securely. Your credit card information is used only by Authorize.net, a credit card processing company. Additionally, we use the Address Verification System (AVS) and Card Security Code (CCID) to verify the identity of the credit card holder. We use other resources and procedures to ensure all orders are valid.

This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for Excellentia Marketing, Inc. dba TrophyPartner.  This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by this web site. It will notify you of the following:

  1. What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the web site, how it is used and with whom it may be shared.
  2. What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
  3. The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
  4. How you can correct any inaccuracies in the information.

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing

We are the sole owners of the information collected on this site. We only have access to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via email or other direct contact from you. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary to fulfill your request, e.g. to ship an order.
Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy.

You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

  • Change/correct any data we have about you.

Security

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website, your information is protected both online and offline.
 
Wherever we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for "https" at the beginning of the address of the web page.
 
While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure environment.

SALES TAX

9.25% sales tax is collected for all orders shipped to addresses within the State of California.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES

If a customer supplies an incorrect shipping address and it needs to be corrected, there will be a $15.00 charge. This covers the cost charged to us by UPS plus the processing fee.

ORDER CHANGES

Because orders are processed immediately, if a customer requests a change to an order that has already been placed a minimum fee of $7.50 will apply to change the order.  This includes changes to an individual item, adding an item, deleting an item, changing the personalized text, changing the ship method, etc.  

Canceled orders will result in a 25% fee plus the cost of any work or materials at the point of cancellation.  Minimum charge of $7.50 applies.

SATISFACTION GUARANTEED

TrophyPartner.com features a Satisfaction Guarantee: we want you to be pleased with the trophies we send you. If your trophies arrive damaged, we will replace them or the applicable parts, absolutely free within 14 days of receipt of your order. If you do not like your trophies, return them within 14 days and we will gladly exchange them for any other trophy or award in our selection and either refund or charge you the difference. If you still do not like the trophies, we will refund your money once the trophies are returned and we will pay the return shipping.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Most orders are processed within 72 hours and then are shipped by UPS based on the method you select in the checkout area.  We can ship by Ground, 3 Day Air, 2 Day Air, Or Next Day Air.
 
If your order was placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday it will not be processed until the next business day. Rush shipping is available at a flat rate of $25 per order.  Simply check the “Rush Order” Option in the Shopping Cart area to reduce the order processing time to 1 day.

We are not able to accept any 3rd Party Shipping Account Numbers.

 If a trophy is damaged in transit, please contact Customer Service and we will send a replacement or replacement parts to you at no additional cost. We want you to be satisfied.

We offer FREE shipping on all merchandise orders that total $200.00 or more. Please note that this offer is only valid in the Continental United States and does not include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or anywhere outside the Continental United States. Please also note that free shipping only applies to $200 worth of merchandise and does not include logo or personalization charges.  We ship to all APO and FPO addresses via USPS and can not be held liable for delayed or lost packages.

Shipping charges are determined based on item weight and final destination, as calculated by UPS.  All orders include a handling fee of $3.75.

TrophyPartner.com will not be held liable or responsible for late deliveries or lost items. Because awards are personalized product, they can not be returned for any reason. We will not be liable for profit loss, cost, or any other reasons caused by missed deadlines due to shipping delays or any other uncontrollable events.

If an order is canceled for any reason after it has been placed or sent, a 25% restocking fee, $5.00 per plate, production time charges, material charges, and applicable shipping charges will apply.

FREE SHIPPING POLICY

TrophyPartner.com’s free shipping policy applies to all orders shipped within the Continental United States that total $200 or more in merchandise and are shipped by UPS Ground does not (include logo or personalization charges).
