How long will it take to get my order?

 
Our standard production time is 3 business days plus shipping time.  We also offer two rush options to get your order to you even faster:
    1) Rush processing in 1 business day for a flat fee of $25
    2) Turbo Partner Service for rush delivery within 3 business days for a flat fee of $25 plus UPS Ground Shipping Charges

We offer the following shipping methods: UPS Ground, 3 Day Air, 2 Day Air and Next Day Air Services.  For standard shipping add the number of business days shown in the map below plus the days of processing.  For rush shipping we can ship by UPS 3 Day Air, 2 Day Air, Or Next Day Air.

All shipping options, pricing, and estimated delivery dates will be provided for your order in the checkout area so you can chose the service that meets your needs.  Please note that selecting the "Rush this Order" or Turbo Partner Service Options does not change the estimated delivery date.  Please subtract 2 business days from the estimated  delivery date for the  "Rush This Order" option and please allow 3 business days from receipt of your order for delivery using the Turbo Partner Service.

Rush Processing Service

Need your trophies and awards fast?  TrophyPartner.com offers rush processing and production for a flat fee of $25 per order.  This service reduces processing and production time to 1 business day.

Check the "Rush This Order" box in the shopping cart area for this service.  

Note that this service only reduces the processing and production time for an order.  We also offer expedited shipping options including 3 day air, 2 day air, and next day air.  These can be selected in the checkout area.

This means that we can deliver an order to you as fast as you need it!!!

Please Note: Processing for orders placed after 12 p.m. (noon) PST will begin the following business day.  Estimated delivery dates shown on website do not reflect the rush this order processing and will be delivered 2 business days earlier.

Turbo Partner Service

Introducing our Turbo Partner Service.  This will deliver your order within 3 business days.

For a flat fee of $25 per order plus UPS Ground shipping charges we can now deliver your order within 3 business days of receipt.  This service offers considerable savings for last minute orders big or small. 

How do we do it?
We utilize our extensive distribution network across the contiguous United States to drop ship your awards directly to you from a nearby location.  This can save you substantial shipping costs versus air shipment.

What's the Catch?
We send the name plates that attach to your awards with your personalized text in a separate shipment.  You must attach the name plates to your awards by removing the adhesive backing.  The name plates are express shipped but for a fraction of the cost of sending the completed award.  A little work on your end can result is substantial savings for you.  This offer is only available in the contiguous United States.

How to Order?
1) Select the Turbo Shipping option by clicking the box next to the option in the shopping cart so a check mark appears
2) Select the UPS Ground Shipping Option on the Shipping Options Page
3) Indicate the date order needed in the provided field (please allow 3 business days)

Note: Processing for orders placed after 12:00pm EST will begin the following business day.  Please also note that checking the Turbo Partner order option does not change the estimated delivery date provided by our system in the checkout area.  However you can expect to receive your order within 3 business days of when your order is placed.  Business days does not include holidays, Saturdays, or Sundays.

Free Shipping Policy

TrophyPartner.com’s free shipping policy applies to all orders shipped within the Continental United States that total $200 or more in merchandise and are shipped by UPS Ground.

**Please note that this offer does not include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO addresses, or packages shipped by USPS**

UPS Ground Shipping Time Estimates

*Please note transit days are calculated as BUSINESS Days and do not include processing time*

When ordering online we require an event date to be entered.  That date is used to ensure you have selected the correct shipping method based on our shipping policy. If our customer services reps notice the wrong shipping method was selected, as a courtesy, you may be notified by the next business day.  If this occurs you will then be able to leave your shipping method as is, or upgrade it to a different shipping method.  A $5.00 fee will apply for changing shipping methods plus the additional shipping cost.

Other Shipping Information

If your order was placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday it will not be processed until the next business day.  Orders placed before noon (PST) on a business day include that day in processing.

Orders that are submitted by Purchase Order or Check require payment prior to production so please allow additional time for receipt of your payment.

The following order types may require additional production time to complete: 1) Orders over100 pieces total, 2) Orders that require a proof (logo, upload file orders, etc.), or 3) Orders that are marked as longer lead-time items (engraved glass awards, etc.).  You will be notified in these cases if additional production time is needed to deliver your order by the date needed.

Rush processing  is available at a flat rate of $25 per order.  Simply check the “Rush Order” Option in the Shopping Cart area to reduce the order processing time by 2 business days.

We are not able to accept any 3^rd Party Shipping Account Numbers.

In the event there is any damage to your package and the contents during transit, TrophyPartner.com will replace them or the damaged parts, absolutely free. If you do not like your trophies, return them within 15 days and we will gladly exchange them for any other trophy or award in our selection.

We ship to all APO and FPO addresses by USPS Priority Mail Service.  Each package is insured.  Since delivery dates cannot be guaranteed we can not be held liable for delayed packages.  Please allow 3 business days for order processing and approximately 10-20 transit days for delivery depending on your location.

For our customers in the San Francisco Bay Area we offer local pick-up service in Danville, CA.

Shipping Charges & Arrival Dates

Shipping charges and arrival dates for various shipping options are available in the checkout area.

Because shipping prices are based upon weight and distance, you must have items in your cart and have created an account for the computer to weigh your order to provide pricing and timing.

To get shipping charges and delivery dates, follow these steps:

1. Go the product page(s) for the item(s) you would like to purchase. Enter the quantity and click the "ADD TO CART" button.
2. Enter your personalization information, or leave this section blank for now (you can enter edit personalization information again later from your shopping cart).
3. From the shopping cart, create an account with name and address information (for new customers) or for existing customers log-in with your account credentials.  You can then proceed to the Shipping Options page which will show delivery dates based on various shipping options and pricing.  Remember that you can reduce the arrival time by 2 business days for each option by paying a flat $25 rush.

Delivery dates are only for typical business days. This means Monday through Friday EXCEPT the major holidays for example: (New Year's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day and the Day After Thanksgiving, Christmas Day and New Year's Eve).

Delays in arrival may occur when there is business closure or other unforeseen events such as incorrect address given during checkout, inclement weather delays, acts of God, or other natural or world events.
