1) Provide desired design group
2) Provide budget per piece or budget range
3) Provide number of pieces needed
4) Provide date needed
5) Provide required colors or design elements
6) Provide size requirements (height/width)
7) Provide a sketch, logo, or description of what you want
8) Provide item # of an item that you like from our collection to use as a starting point for your design

Once we get your information we will put together 2-3 concepts and email that to you.  You can tweak the design until we have created the perfect award for you.
