Custom Wreath Insert Medals

Create your own custom wreath insert medal.  Medal measures 2.74" wide x 2.98" tall and includes an approximately 2" diameter insert. Designed, printed and assembled in America using some imported components.

Upload your logo or design and add text to the design if you want.  We will email you a free proof for approval prior to production.

Pricing includes same artwork design across all pieces, choice of metal color (gold, silver, or bronze), and a 30" neck ribbon in your choice of color.

Customize your medal even more by adding up to 2 lines of individual text for an additional charge of $1.00 per medal.  Select this option below and email us a spreadsheet or Word document with your order number.  We also offer custom printed ribbons, engraving on the back, or a domed or metallic insert.  Contact us for details and pricing.
