Production Time

 
Our production times may vary during certain times a year depending on order volume.  We strive to meet every order in a timely manner.  Although we average a three (3) day production time on most orders, we will on occasion require additional time to fulfill an order based on size and/or customization.

Please know that the production time stated on our website’s homepage is the time it will take to process your order.  This time frame does not include your transit time, or additional time needed for approval of proofs.  Shipping times will vary based on the shipping method of your choice.

Shipping Information

Most orders are processed within 72 hours and then are shipped by UPS based on the method you select in the checkout area. 

We offer the following UPS delivery options: Ground, 3 Day Air, 2 Day Air, Next Day Air Saver (by end of day to most locations), or Next Day Air (by 12 p.m. noon to most locations). Shipping charges are determined based on item weight and final destination, as calculated by UPS. 

If your order was placed on a Saturday, Sunday, or a Holiday it will not be processed until the next business day.  Orders placed before noon (PST) on a business day include that day in processing.

Orders that are submitted by Purchase Order or Check require payment prior to production so please allow additional time for receipt of your payment.

Rush processing  is available at a flat rate of $25 per order.  Simply check the “Rush Order” Option in the Shopping Cart area to reduce the order processing time by 2 business days.

We are not able to accept any 3rd Party Shipping Account Numbers.

In the event there is any damage to your package and the contents during transit, TrophyPartner.com will replace them or the damaged parts, absolutely free. If you do not like your trophies, return them within 15 days and we will gladly exchange them for any other trophy or award in our selection.

We ship to all APO and FPO addresses via USPS insured and can not be held liable for delayed packages. Delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.  Please allow 3 business days for order processing and approximately 10-20 transit days for delivery depending on your location.

For our customers in the San Francisco Bay Area we offer local pick-up service in Danville, CA.

TrophyPartner.com will not be held liable or responsible for late deliveries or lost items.  We will not be liable for profit loss, cost, or any other reasons caused by missed deadlines due to shipping delays or any other uncontrollable events. If a deadline is missed due to our carrier (UPS) all shipping cost will be refunded in full.

Free Shipping Policy

TrophyPartner.com’s free shipping policy applies to all orders shipped within the Continental United States that total $200 or more in merchandise and are shipped by UPS Ground.

Please note that this offer does not include Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO addresses.

When ordering online we require an event date to be entered.  That date is used to ensure you have selected the correct shipping method based on our shipping policy. If our customer services reps notice the wrong shipping method was selected, as a courtesy, you may be notified by the next business day.  If this occurs you will then be able to leave your shipping method as is, or upgrade it to a different shipping method.  A $5.00 fee will apply for changing shipping methods plus the additional shipping cost.
