Custom Shape Acrylic Medals. Create your own custom designed medal built around your logo or artwork. USA made medals are decorated with a high-end textured design, printed on acrylic material. Pricing includes a neck ribbon in your choice of color or activity. These medals are priced by the overall size and make a wonderful keepsake.

1/4" thick acrylic material.  Printing to edge not available.  Backside printing quote upon request.  Add personalized text to the front of each medal for an additional $1.00 per piece.

Creating your own custom medal is easy with these 5 steps:

1. UPLOAD YOUR ARTWORK for the medal (add your own, or tell us what you want, and we will create it for you
2. Choose the neck ribbon width (some ribbons only available in 7/8" width)
3. Select the color, sport, or activity of the neck ribbon you would like (we offer a wide selection)
4. Choose whether you would like us to attach the ribbons for you (neck ribbons come with a "snap clip" for easy attachment should you choose to do so yourself
5. Choose whether or not you want to add personalized text to the front of each medal like a name or #

We will email you a free proof for approval prior to production.

Allow 1 week for production after proof approval.
